Amina, assisted by Simo, Smaïl and the whole brigade, are busy behind the range cooker. They work with all their heart on local products, and they sometimes pick something up from international gastronomy. Techniques and flavors that they bring back from here and there, thanks to their training in different famous places. Our more curious guests will be eager to take a peek behind the scenes...please do, the kitchen door is always wide open! With a little luck, you might just learn a few secret recipes...
During the day, you’ll find Yassine and his team of bartenders serving drinks behind the hotel’s various bars: at the pools, in the main restaurant, on the main patio...And as the sun slowly goes down, bathing the walls and garden with its golden hues, our trustworthy employee Saïd makes the rounds to ensure everything is to your liking.
